Lambing is going well so far, albeit slightly strange in terms of timings. We “sponge” all our ewes, so that their seasons are synchronised and lambing is more condensed and easier. Well, that’s what’s meant to happen.

After a six day gap, we have had lamb number 20 arrive tonight - 13 days after the first one. This is a smashing ewe lamb of excellent size, by our old boy Muncaster Felix and out of Passion of Penlon. Very excited to see how this one grows on!
